Provide direct patient care, including personal care, vital signs, and medication assistance, in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols Develop and maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Assists with meals, laundry, and other daily living activities as needed Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and services providedRequirements:
