A Nursing Assistant provides hospital and nursing home patients with basic care and assists them with daily activities. Helps patients with dressing, washing, and feeding. May perform basic medical care under the direction of a nurse or other medical professional. These roles typically require completion of a regional agency-approved training program in order to obtain a certification before practicing.

Resident Assistant:
$17.70 / hour (includes $1.00/hr overnight shift differential) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $18.70 / hour (includes $1.00/hr overnight shift + $1.00/hr CNA differential) Position Overview Newhaven Court at Clearview , an Integracare community, is seeking dependable, attentive Caregivers and CNAs to join our overnight care team on the 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) . In this role, you will be essential to ensuring the safety, comfort, peace of mind, and well-being of our residents during the nighttime hours.
Schedule Options Full-Time:
5 days per week (40 hours/week) with rotating weekend coverage.
Part-Time:
3 days per week (24 hours/week) with rotating weekend coverage. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular safety checks and monitor resident well-being throughout the night. Answer resident call lights promptly and attentively. Assist residents with night-time repositioning, incontinence care, and early morning routines. Maintain a tranquil, quiet, and secure environment across the community during overnight hours. Keep clear, accurate shift documentation and provide thorough handoff reports to the incoming 1st shift team.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Certification:
Current PA CNA license required to receive the $18.70/hr tier. (Non-certified Caregivers are fully welcome to apply at the $17.70/hr tier).
Experience:
Prior experience in senior living, caregiving, or overnight shifts preferred, but enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
