Requirements:

Physical confirming you're free of communicable diseases and cleared to work without restrictions. Physical, 2-step TB tests, and blood draws completed within the last 11 months. Fingerprinting if you haven't lived in the state where you'll work for the past 2-5 years. Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania.
