What You'll Do as a
Resident Assistant:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining Support daily living activities including laundry, housekeeping, and transportation to activities Respond promptly to resident needs Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Follow resident care, safety, and infection control procedures Qualifications of a Resident Assistant Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Active PA Nurse Aide Registry status is a plus but NOT required Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Join a team where you can make a difference every day while caring for residents in a warm, welcoming community backed by a trusted and financially strong organization.
