Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, focusing on personal care, treatment, and hygiene Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report patient status to nursing staff, including vital signs, behavioral changes, and concerns Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:
