Job Description

Saint John 23rd Home is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a critical role in the daily care and well-being of our residents. You will work closely with nursing and healthcare teams to provide direct patient care, ensure a safe and supportive environment, and improve the quality of life for our residents. Pay based on Experience, competitive starting rates $1 Weekend shift differential for all shifts $1 Afternoon shift Differential All Shifts Available Full-time and Part-time positions available Excellent benefits package at an affordable cost
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility). Monitor and document residents' vital signs, condition, and progress in accordance with care plans. Assist residents with personal hygiene, toileting, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Ensure the comfort and safety of residents by following care protocols and guidelines. Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to nursing staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization in residents' rooms and common areas. Help create a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment for residents and their families.
Requirements:
Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pennsylvania. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with residents. Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans effectively. A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives. Must be able to lift and assist residents with mobility and other physical tasks as needed.
