Indiana, PA Duration:
13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours:
36 Pay $720 weekly gross
Breakdown:
$360 weekly stipend (non-taxed) $10.00 hourly (non-taxed) $10.00 hourly (taxed) $20 (Blended)
Shifts:
Every other weekend, 36-40 hours a week depending on shift any day/evening (7a-7p or 7a-3p/3p-11p) and evening/night (7p-7a or 3p-11p/11p-7a) Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care, demonstrating proficiency in assisting with daily activities and providing support in an LTC setting. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and residents by delivering high-quality, respectful, and attentive care. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Monitor and record vital signs, observe patient conditions, and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff promptly. Support patients with medication administration under supervision, ensuring adherence to prescribed treatments and safety protocols. Follow infection control procedures using aseptic techniques to prevent the spread of infectious diseases in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Operate medical equipment including blood pressure cuffs, thermometers, and other vital sign monitoring tools effectively. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in outpatient clinics, inpatient units, or community-based settings to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care. Qualifications Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program is required. Demonstrated experience in long-term care facilities including nursing homes or assisted living communities. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques essential for safe patient care. Ability to perform basic life support (BLS) procedures confidently and accurately. Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work effectively within diverse healthcare teams. #
MS Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 40.0 per week
