Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities In this role you will be: Utilizing the knowledge, technique, and communication skills to therapeutically meet the needs of assigned med-surg patients. Identifying each patient's age-specific needs and providing the appropriate care. Utilizing excellent interpersonal skills with legible penmanship and computer knowledge. Utilizing the hospital computer system. Working collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide direct patient care and report patient changes to the Registered Nurse. Providing direct patient care to the rehab patient.
Required:
EDUCATION
High school graduate or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
1 year med-surg experience preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Successful completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program preferred BLS certification required or obtained within 1 month of hire Rotation
