Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, and mobility. Obtain and accurately record vital signs. Collect routine specimens as directed. Perform restorative nursing activities to promote resident independence. Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers. Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance. Complete routine comfort, safety, and checking rounds. Accurately record resident intake and output. Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition, safety concerns, or potential hazards. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation of resident care. Communicate respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, visitors, and members of the care team. Qualifications Current, active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification required. Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
