We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. What You'll Do Provide personal care and support for hospice patients in their homes or facilities. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility. Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families. Report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse and care team. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. What We're Looking For Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered caregiver. Previous experience in hospice, home health, or long-term care preferred but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
