Lansdale, PA • Skilled Nursing Facility Purpose We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at our reputable skilled nursing facility, Elm Terrace Gardens which is located in the heart of Lansdale, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and professional environment. Positions available ; 7a-7p working 2 days a week and every other weekend (72 hours bi-weekly) 7a-3p (8 day bi weekly including every other weekend) (60 hours bi-weekly) 3p-11p part-time (6 days bi-weekly) POOL (per diem positions requirement is 4 shifts a month one of them being a weekend shift) Full-time positions are eligible for an excellent benefit package after 60 days including vacation time, sick time, medical, dental, vision, 403B match, daily meal allowance, life insurance and long term disability insurance. POOL positions are eligible for an excellent rate. Make your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Assist with feeding residents and ensure their nutritional needs are met Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff Follow all safety and infection control protocols Support the nursing team with routine tasks and patient care activities Join our dedicated team and contribute to creating a caring environment where residents feel valued and supported. Requirements:
1 Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and completed high school, obtained the equivalent of a high school education 2 Must be registered in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry with nothing pending against certification; or 3 Skilled Nursing experience preferred but not required 4 Must possess the ability to speak to and be understood by residents and staff in English, and demonstrate the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English; and 5 Must possess an agreeable and helpful attitude toward senior adults.
