Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily activities like mobility, hygiene, and dressing. Supporting personal and oral care routines. Repositioning residents to maintain comfort and prevent bedsores. Monitoring and assisting with meals, hydration, and medication intake. Taking and recording vital signs accurately. Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior.
