Gold Plus blood test from last 12 months Knowledge of HHAeXchange to clock in/out of shifts Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration; compassionate approach to caregiving. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, feeding Provide specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, intellectual disabilities, or other cognitive impairments Perform light housekeeping tasks: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment tailored to individual needs. Maintain detailed records of patient care activities and communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient status or changes in condition.
