Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality daily care (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist residents with safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the LPN or RN Supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for our residents. Collaborate with the clinical team to follow and update resident care plans. Requirements Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment.
