Hospice CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Serenity Hospice - Lancaster, Pennsylvania Serenity Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team serving Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas . This position is ideal for someone who is dedicated to providing comfort, dignity, and supportive care to patients during an important time in their lives.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for hospice patients Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse Provide compassionate support to patients and their families Maintain accurate documentation of patient care

Qualifications:
