Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available on day, evening, and night shifts. Weekends and holidays on a rotating basis may be required. Shift differentials offered.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide direct patient care and support services. This role involves delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to patients with behavioral, mental health, and medical needs in a residential long-term care or skilled nursing facility. The CNA will assist therapeutic staff, monitor patient health, document observations, and promote a safe, respectful, and recovery focused environment. Provide basic nursing and personal care in accordance with established procedures and applicable state and federal regulations while supporting resident independence and quality of life. Deliver compassionate, respectful care while protecting residents' rights, dignity, and privacy. Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate nursing supervisor. Accurately document care and services provided using the facility's electronic care tracking system. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment while following established infection prevention and safety protocols. High School Diploma or GED Current enrollment in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry Minimum of 1 year of experience at long-term care facility. Current BLS Certification (must include hands-on component) MatrixCare experience preferred, EHR required.
