What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs. Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and established policies. Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team. Support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team. Accurately document resident care and medication administration and communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
