As a Direct Care Worker and Weekend Floater , you'll play an important role in supporting our clients and helping them maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life . As a Lead CNA , you'll play an essential role in supporting our clients and care teams in the community. You'll provide leadership by training, overseeing, and supporting Direct Care Workers to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. In addition, to your clinical leadership responsibilities, you'll assist with administrative duties and help cover available shifts as needed.
