We are looking for CNAs and Direct Care Workers to fill many positions in consumers' homes which entail light meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands to the store or to their appointments, assisting with laundry, light housekeeping, and performing ADLs. We do have positions that do not require assisting with bathing or lifting, however. Some consumers only need companionship and only require some one-on-one time to have conversation or engage in activities that will enhance mental acuity and encourage autonomy. These positions will require one year experience working with the elderly or disabled population. Training will be provided and pay rate depends on the hours/needs of the consumer. Pay increases after the first 90 days with annual bonuses. There will also be opportunities to get involved with community outreaches by serving in different aspects such as raising Alzheimer and Dementia awareness, and helping the less fortunate in our area.
