Job Responsibilities:
As a CNA with Serenity Hospice, you will: Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and assistance with mobility. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse. Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families. Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to patient care. Ensure patient comfort and dignity at all times. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Requirements:
