Job Description
Sign-On Bonus Eligibility:
- Must work full-time 3p-11p or 11p-7a to qualify
- Bonus paid bi-weekly over 2 years.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including mobility, meals, hygiene, and hydration
- Provide compassionate personal care
- Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff
- Accurately document food and fluid intake
- Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Transport residents safely throughout the facility
- Follow all facility policies and professional standards
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for senior care All candidates must pass pre-employment screening and PA Criminal Background Check in accordance with the PA Older Adult Protection Act.
