Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital sign checks, bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities Develop and maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents, adhering to infection control policies and procedures Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures as directed by licensed staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification High school diploma or equivalent required
