In this vital role, you will provide exceptional care, assist with medication administration, and support the overall well-being of our residents. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for those in your care. Duties Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure safety and comfort Assist residents with care needs as they arise, including transfers when necessary Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergencies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Perform light housekeeping duties, cleaning, and laundry Prepare the home for the morning shift to ensure a smooth transition Provide companionship and support to residents as needed Follow all facility policies and procedures Requirements Experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field preferred Ability to safely assist with resident transfers Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations Compassionate and patient demeanor
