CNA Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident care and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Take and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other measurements Report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly Maintain accurate documentation through forms, reports, and logs Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
