We're looking for caring, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about improving the lives of our residents through kindness, respect, and quality care. Job Duties:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting each resident's dignity and independence. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team. Take and record vital signs, weights, and other assigned observations. Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Accurately document care provided according to facility policies. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident rights guidelines. Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional resident care. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. #
