Job Description

Work Schedule:
100% FTE, day shift working Monday - Friday scheduled to work 7:30a - 4p. This is a hybrid position working one day per week from home. On-site work to be completed at our Administrative Office building and Eastpark Medical Center. Be part of something remarkable Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to: Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of management and department teams. Help prepare reports, research issues and update policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools. Help facilitate technology needed for educational offerings and create evaluation tools for classes. Support the UW Health Nurse Residency Program.
