The ideal candidate is dedicated to patient comfort, skilled in providing personal care, and passionate about supporting individuals receiving hospice and palliative services. This role is perfect for someone who values meaningful work, autonomy, and a supportive interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide personal care and general nursing support to patients in their homes and in facility settings Promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and families Assist with ADLs, mobility, hygiene, and safety needs Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and supplies Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Communicate effectively with RNs, providers, social workers, and the care team Support the emotional and cultural needs of patients and families Uphold Red Willow Hospice's mission, values, and standards of care Job Types Full-time Part‑time PRN / As‑needed Benefits Continuing education credits Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Paid orientation Paid time off (for eligible employees) Paid training Mileage reimbursement Requirements Active CNA license (Required) Reliable transportation Ability to commute to Santa Fe, NM 87505 Comfort working independently in patient homes Experience in hospice, home health, or caregiving preferred but not required Work Location Hybrid role based in Santa Fe, NM 87505 (Home visits + occasional remote documentation)
