Position Overview We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Night Shift team. Reporting to the Director of Nursing (DON) and licensed nursing staff, CNAs provide high-quality, hands-on care while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while maintaining dignity and respect Observe, monitor, and report changes in resident condition Measure and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output Encourage resident independence and participation in activities and therapy Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Follow nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines What We Offer Competitive wages with shift differentials $2,000 sign-on bonus Free room and board available for clinical staff.
