CNA Coordinator

CNA Coordinator Hurricane Health and Rehabilitation is looking to add a CNA Coordinator to our amazing team! The CNA Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and daily assignments of all CNA's. This includes training of new hires and current staff as needed and willing to cover CNA shifts if required. To be successful in this role you must have great leadership skills and be highly organized. Job Responsibilities:

Create and manage the CNA schedule to ensure sufficient floor coverage. Train new hires and current staff as needed. Effective communication skills. Work closely with the Director of Nursing and nursing team.
