The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and be skilled in various medical procedures. This role involves providing essential support to healthcare professionals while ensuring the highest standards of care for patients, particularly Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Group Homes. Responsibilities Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Assist with ADLs, resident care activities, ensuring comfort and safety for individuals in various settings such as senior care Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, including behavioral management and daily living assistance. Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient information accurately. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Requirements Experienced CNAs (6 months+ facility-based), caregivers & Med Techs (1 year facility-based care) Strong knowledge of vital signs monitoring and patient assessment techniques. Familiarity with long term care facilities Ability to provide compassionate support to patients, especially those requiring senior or dementia care. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently. Must possess relevant certifications or training in medical assistance or related fields.
