Help communicate program challenges, trends, and opportunities to leadership and appropriate support teams. Track operational concerns and assist with follow-up to ensure issues are appropriately addressed. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve productivity, enhance scheduling processes, and strengthen the overall ER discharge experience. Serve as an operational resource and point of contact for Point of Care Scheduling team members. Promote accountability for productivity, quality, scheduling coverage, and established program expectations. Support staff through reporting, training, and day-to-day problem resolution. Provide leadership with visibility into staffing, productivity, quality, operational challenges, and program performance. Foster consistent communication and collaboration across the team.
Schedule:

Submit your application for the opportunity below: Scheduler Team Lead Job Summary and Qualifications Point of Care Scheduling Program Team Lead provides operational and administrative support for the AVP and PoCS managers. This role serves as a central point of contact for team members, ER leadership, practice managers, network operations leaders, and other key stakeholders. The Team Lead is responsible for supporting staffing and scheduling reporting, onboarding and training logistics, productivity and quality reporting, calendar coordination, and issue escalation. The role helps ensure the program is appropriately staffed, operating efficiently, meeting productivity and quality expectations, and continuously improving the discharge and scheduling experience for patients and clinical partners.In this role you will:
Maintain the team staffing tool, including uploading and adding new staff and ensuring staffing information remains current and accurate. Coordinate and assist with scheduling candidate interviews and other recruitment-related activities. Support staffing coverage needs, including identifying and coordinating weekend coverage when additional support is needed. Organize and maintain team calendars, including meetings, training sessions, coverage needs, important deadlines, and other program activities. Serve as the team's Scrub Workwear point person, assisting staff with scrub/workwear-related questions, coordination, and needs. Distribute monthly staffing/scheduling templates to ER Directors and support timely completion and follow-up. Provide coverage in assigned markets upon request. Provide training and onboarding support for new ER Discharge Coordinators and Point of Care Scheduling team members when requested. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new team members have the appropriate resources, training, system access, and operational guidance. Reinforce established workflows, processes, productivity expectations, and quality standards. Serve as an ongoing resource for team members who need additional workflow or process support. Run and distribute Quality Assurance (QA) reports and individual performance reports to staff. Prepare individual productivity reports for ER Discharge Coordinators, that will be used by management in identifying performance trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and distribute monthly productivity, activity, and program performance reports. Ensure leadership has the data in a timely manner to allow for the monitoring of key performance indicators and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve team effectiveness. Partner with leadership to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, actionable, and aligned with program goals. Collect and organize feedback from Managers regarding workflow, scheduling, technology, and operational challenges.This information will be used by management to escalate issues appropriately and track progress.
