SNF experience strongly preferred, compensation based on license and experience.

Pay :

$45-55 her hour

Schedule :

Mon-Fri, up to 20 hours per week Primary purpose of this position is to work under our MDS coordinator to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), that is, the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Act Assessments (CAAs) and Care Plan in accordance with State and Federal requirements. This is a part time role to mainly assist with resident care planning

Education/Requirements:

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in California. Current CPR certification Must have 1 year MDS experience. Why Palomar Vista Healthcare?
