9690956-02865 Job Description A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential support within an educational setting. This is a contract position designed to cover a short-term backfill, with the assignment expected to last approximately one month and the potential for extension. The role involves assisting a student who is part of a specialized transition program, including hands-on attention and toileting support.

Schedule:

35 hours per week MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 2:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Key Qualifications:

Active CNA license required Current CPR/BLS certification required Demonstrated experience working with students or individuals with special needs is highly desirable Prior experience with toileting and personal care Fully onboarded candidates are strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to a student in the transition program, delivering compassionate care and assistance throughout the school day Assist with activities of daily living, including toileting and mobility Work collaboratively with educational and healthcare staff to ensure the well-being and safety of the student Document care activities and communicate observations as needed Maintain a professional, supportive presence in the school environment
