In this role, youll serve either as a 1:1 assistant or work alongside classroom teams to help students thrive, all within a full-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week. Positions are available at both the elementary and middle school levels, allowing you to choose the age group that suits your strengths.

Required Qualifications:

Active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license is essential. Eagerness to support students with varying needs in a school environment. Must be willing to schedule and take the Paraprofessional (parapro) exam or Teacher Assistant (TA) certification exam as part of the onboarding process. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and school staff. Strong communication and empathy skills to foster meaningful student connections. Flexibility to assist in either 1:1 roles or broader classroom assistant duties.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to assigned students, promoting engagement and facilitating learning. Assist teachers with classroom management and daily instructional tasks. Monitor student well-being and help with daily routines and activities. Implement care plans as directed by educators or healthcare teams in the school.
