Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential care and support to students as their 1:1 aide or classroom assistant throughout the school day Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment Assist students with activities of daily living and medical needs as required Support classroom routines, engage students in learning activities, and provide encouragement and guidance Be flexible in reassignment between elementary and middle school roles as needed Maintain documentation and uphold confidentiality standards at all times Youll be working 32.5 hours per week in an impactful role that blends healthcare experience with educational support.
