Companion / Homemaker / CNA Cay Cares | Private Home Care Services Cay Cares is looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our growing team! We provide private, non-medical home care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are looking for Companions, Homemakers, and CNAs who genuinely enjoy helping others and take pride in providing reliable, respectful care. Responsibilities Depending on the client and position, responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Transportation to appointments
• Assistance with daily routines
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance for qualified caregivers
• Medication reminders
• Providing respite and supervision
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Following each client's individual care plan
• Communicating any concerns or changes to Cay Cares What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are kind, patient, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a client's home.

Previous caregiving, home care, hospice, dementia, Alzheimer's, or senior care experience is preferred. CNA certification is required for CNA positions. Applicants should have reliable transportation, good communication skills, and the ability to maintain client privacy and professionalism. CPR certification is preferred. Why Work With Cay Cares? $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
