Manage scheduling for activities and resident events to ensure smooth operation and maximum participation. Maintain accurate documentation of resident participation, progress notes, and activity logs while fostering positive client communication. Experience Prior experience working with seniors in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's support, geriatrics, and memory care strategies. Proven ability to develop engaging programs that enhance residents' quality of life through recreational therapy or similar initiatives. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, team members, and community partners. Experience coordinating resident events or social activities within senior living or community care settings. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation and program planning purposes.
