Job Description

Holistic Health Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a high-needs pediatric home care case in the Aiken area. This is a hands-on total care pediatric case . The ideal candidate must be comfortable providing full personal care and assisting with mobility support in a home setting. Experience working with special needs children, total care clients, and adaptive equipment is strongly preferred.
Schedule Fridays:
6:15 AM - 5:30 PM Occasional Saturdays Holidays PRN / as needed Job Duties Provide total care assistance for a pediatric client in the home Assist with diaper changes / incontinence care Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Safely assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift Assist with use of therapy stander and other adaptive mobility equipment Provide supervision, comfort, and support throughout the shift Follow the client's care plan and household routine Observe and report concerns or changes to the office/nurse supervisor Complete required documentation and timekeeping accurately Communicate professionally with family members and agency staff Requirements Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing Prior experience in home care, pediatric care, special needs care, or total care support Experience with disabled children or pediatric clients with significant physical support needs strongly preferred Experience using a Hoyer lift required or strongly preferred Experience with therapy standers, positioning equipment, or adaptive devices preferred Must be comfortable with full personal care, transfers, and mobility assistance Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to safely lift, reposition, and transfer clients using proper body mechanics CPR certification preferred Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Patient and gentle with children Dependable and punctual Confident providing hands-on total care Safety-focused and attentive Comfortable working closely with families in a home environment Willing to work Fridays, Holidays and occasional

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
