Assigned to specific clients and performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort. Essential Functions:
Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration Patient hygiene
•bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment
•meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping Follow written assignment and instructions Complete and submit appropriate documentation
Qualifications:
Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice At least eighteen (18) years of age Current CPR certification and TB test
Standard Rate:
$15.00
