What You'll Do:

Deliver personal care services including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene. Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, and respiration). Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients. Ensure proper nutrition and hydration, including meal preparation and feeding assistance. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team. Apply safety principles and proper body mechanics when assisting with mobility. Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow established procedures.

What You Bring:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide certification in South Carolina. At least 1 year of experience providing personal care (hospice or home health experience preferred).
