Job Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA), where your compassionate care and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in our patients' lives. Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity. Support medication administration reminders. Maintain patient confidentiality by following HIPAA regulations and safeguarding sensitive medical information. Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior promptly to nursing staff or healthcare providers. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, especially those with dementia or memory care needs, fostering a caring environment. Transportation to and from doctor's appointments. Light housekeeping Fixing Lunch and breakfast Laundry Skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS) techniques, including CPR. Experience working with diverse patient populations such as geriatric patients, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring hospice or behavioral health care. Excellent communication skills for caregiving interactions with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Knowledge of patient transfer methods and use of assistive devices, such as wheelchairs.
