Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, experienced and dependable caregivers to provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in home and senior care settings. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, communicate effectively with clients and their families, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. This role is vital in enhancing the well-being and independence of those we serve, requiring reliable transportation and a caring attitude. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and individuals in need of assistance Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized care plans are followed Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders Offer transportation assistance for appointments, errands, or social activities using dependable transportation Monitor clients' health status and report any concerns or changes to appropriate personnel Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and infection control procedures Foster a respectful, compassionate relationship with clients to promote dignity and independence Experience Prior experience as a CNA, PCA, PCT, or caregiver is preferred but not required; training opportunities are available for motivated candidates Strong communication skills and the ability to connect empathetically with clients of diverse backgrounds Dependable transportation is essential for fulfilling client appointments and errands reliably Ability to work independently while following care plans and protocols Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life Join our team if you are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others through dedicated caregiving. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Application Question(s): Must be available weekends and holidays as needed.
