as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in beautiful Florence, FL! In this rewarding role, you will provide compassionate care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Administer medications as directed and ensure compliance with care plans. Help with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements:

Valid CNA certification in the state of Florida. Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Background check and drug screening required.
