Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Chandler Creek Post Acute - Greer, SC $16-$19/hour | Full-Time About Us Chandler Creek Post Acute is a 133-bed skilled nursing facility located in Greer, South Carolina. Position Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will provide direct care to residents, supporting their daily needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Collaborate with the nursing team to follow individualized care plans Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times
Qualifications:
CNA certification in good standing (South Carolina) Current CPR Must be at least 18 years old Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Passion for serving an underserved population We are an equal opportunity employer.
