Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) - Full-Time $18-$20/hour Greer, SC About Us Chandler Creek Post Acute is a 133-bed skilled nursing facility located in Greer, South Carolina. We pride ourselves on our small-town feel, strong community connections, and commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We're looking for a motivated Restorative Nursing Aide to join our therapy and rehabilitation team. This position works closely with therapy staff and residents, with a strong focus on assisting with resident weights, restorative programs, mobility, and functional independence.

$18-$20/hr Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options PTO and 401(k) with company match Supportive, team-oriented rehab environment PRN opportunities across our South Carolina network Meaningful work helping residents maintain strength, mobility, and independence Opportunities for growth and advancement Position Summary The Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) supports the Nursing and Rehabilitation Departments by assisting residents with restorative programs designed to maintain or improve mobility, strength, endurance, and functional independence. This role also plays an important part in obtaining resident weights, assisting with exercise programs, and helping residents achieve their highest practicable level of functioning. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with restorative exercises and strengthening programs as directed by nursing and rehabilitation staff Support therapy and nursing departments with weight management programs and routine resident weights Accurately obtain, record, and report resident weights according to facility protocol Encourage participation in exercise, mobility, and out-of-bed activities Assist with transfers, ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, splinting, and restorative programs Assist residents with dining, bathing, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living as needed Reposition residents regularly to promote comfort and skin integrity Support residents in maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness Attend restorative nursing meetings and collaborate with therapy and nursing teams Complete accurate documentation and charting in PointClickCare (PCC) Maintain a positive, respectful, and therapeutic environment Promptly report changes in resident condition or concerns to nursing and rehabilitation leadership Prepare residents for appointments, meals, activities, and treatments Assist with skin protection measures and pressure-relieving devices as directed Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety standards Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required One year of long-term care experience preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Licenses & Certifications Current South Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) training or certification required Must maintain all required continuing education requirements CPR certification if required by licensure or facility policy Must remain in good standing with all applicable licensing and certification boards What Makes You a Great Fit Passion for helping residents maintain strength and independence Strong interest in rehabilitation and restorative nursing Compassionate, patient, and encouraging personality Dependable with excellent attention to detail Team-oriented and eager to collaborate with therapy and nursing staff Apply Today Join Chandler Creek Post Acute and become part of a dedicated rehabilitation team focused on helping residents achieve their highest level of independence.
