The Village at Summerville is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead CNA to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. In this position, you will enjoy working with a passionate team to provide quality service throughout our community. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Perform all duties as per the SC Department of Health CNA training program Assist with training and onboarding of the newly hired CNAs and Nursing Assistants Provide guidance and oversight to ensure CNA work performance meets expectations Ensure room cleanliness and organization by performing room checks on a weekly basis Promote a cordial environment for the residents Answer call lights and provide or assist residents with ADLs Stock and distribute supplies as directed. Follow guidelines for charges of items charged to residents and use them for the job without being wasteful Clean, disinfect and return all equipment to its designated storage location after each use
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED CNA certified in state of SC Three years of experience as a CNA Intermediate computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree CPR certification Five years of experience as a
