803-684-0035 We are a 109-bed beautiful campus with skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. SHIFTS at our location are 1st shift 7am
3pm 2nd shift 3pm
11pm 3rd shift 11pm
7am We welcome new and experienced CNAs to join our awesome nursing team.

What You'll Do:

♦ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. ♦ Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure). ♦ Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nurse. ♦ Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation. ♦ Follow care plans and physician/nursing instructions. ♦ Support infection control procedures, including hand hygiene and proper PPE use. ♦ Document resident care accurately and timely in clinical records. ♦ Assist with meals and hydration as needed.
