Today Job Description We are looking for a Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities, helping with meals, and providing emotional support. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and a passion for helping others. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our residents, so we are looking for an individual who is committed to excellence and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care as assigned by the nursing staff. Assist in the implementation of nursing care plans. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the nursing staff. Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of patients. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Facility pays candidate for training if not certified. Will be at a reduced amount until certified. Final wage, depending on experience.
