Local Travel / Flexible Scheduling We are looking for dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our local travel team at Midwest Health Solutions and provide quality resident care at nursing homes throughout Marion and surrounding areas. As a traveling CNA, you will have the opportunity to work at different skilled nursing and long-term care facilities while maintaining schedule flexibility and gaining experience in a variety of care settings. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in nursing home and long-term care settings. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Take and document vital signs and report changes in residents' condition to the appropriate nursing staff. Assist with meals, transfers, repositioning, and other resident-care needs. Follow each facility's policies, procedures, and care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Work collaboratively with nurses, facility staff, residents, and families. Adapt quickly to different facilities, teams, and resident needs. What We're Looking For Current South Dakota CNA certification. Minimum of 1 year of experience in long term care. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities around the Marion, SD area. Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to resident care.
