This position is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about providing exceptional resident care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The selected candidate will work in a dual role, providing hands-on resident care while safely administering medications as a Certified Medication Aide II .

None Responsibilities Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Safely administer medications according to facility policies and state regulations Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation Assist with transfers, ambulation, feeding, and repositioning Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care Follow infection prevention and resident safety protocols Minimum Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification Active Certified Medication Aide II (CMA II) Certification Current BLS Certification Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Post-Acute experience Ability to work as both a CNA and Medication Aide Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Experience Long-Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Medication Administration Geriatric Care Post-Acute Care Resident Care Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Dementia Care Rehabilitation Nursing Technology PointClickCare (PCC) Why Apply?
